Getting Started
Click the "Register" button on the top right corner. Fill in your basic details including name, email, date of birth, gender, and create a password. After registration, you can log in and complete your profile with photos, education, career, family details, and partner preferences.
Yes, registration is completely free. You can create your profile, browse matches, and receive interests at no cost. Premium plans are available for enhanced features like direct messaging, advanced filters, and profile highlighting.
Yes, during registration you can select "Parent" or "Guardian" as the profile creator. This allows parents and family members to create and manage matrimony profiles on behalf of their children. You can specify your relationship during profile setup.
Profile & Matching
Our smart matching engine compares your profile preferences including age range, religion, caste, education, occupation, location, and lifestyle choices with other profiles. It then suggests compatible matches ranked by how well they align with your criteria. The more details you provide, the better your matches will be.
When viewing a profile, click the "Interested" button. The person will receive a notification about your interest. If they also express interest in you, it becomes a mutual match and you can start communicating.
We recommend completing all sections of your profile including basic details, education & career, family background, lifestyle preferences, and horoscope information. Adding clear photos and a well-written "About Me" section significantly increases your chances of finding meaningful matches. A 100% complete profile receives more responses.
Yes, our advanced search and filter options allow you to narrow down profiles by city, state, religion, caste, mother tongue, education, occupation, annual income, marital status, diet, and many other criteria. You can also save your search preferences for quick access.
Privacy & Safety
Absolutely. We take data security seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your contact details without your consent. You can control your privacy settings including who can view your photos, contact information, and online status from the Privacy & Settings section of your profile.
You can block or report any user by visiting their profile and clicking the "More" options menu. Select "Block" to prevent further interaction, or "Report" to notify our moderation team about inappropriate behavior. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Yes, your privacy settings allow you to control profile visibility. You can choose to show your profile to everyone, registered members only, or keep it private. You can also hide specific details like your phone number, email, or photos from certain groups of users.
Account & Billing
Visit the Packages page to view all available plans. Choose the plan that suits your needs and follow the secure payment process. Once your payment is confirmed, premium features will be activated immediately on your account.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to your Privacy & Settings page and select the option to deactivate or permanently delete your account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems in accordance with our privacy policy.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Technical Support
Ensure your photos are in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format and under 5 MB in size. Clear your browser cache and try again. If issues persist, try using a different browser or device. For further assistance, contact our support team with details about the issue.
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
